HEY YALL! Itâs teacher appreciation week! And my present from work, as a preschool teacher, today was a new hens and chicken! The nursery pot says itâs a Echeveria. I have it in the kitchen âno sunlightâ currently, and I am not transplanting or watering it just yet, until I get more info. I donât want to shock it anymore than it has been the last few days. Ready for all the tips!
Iâm assuming you gave that custom name just because. There is a sempervivum hens and chicks which is a different plant, but looks similar.

Cute! Find a window with full sun!! Do not water more than every 3-4 wks. Give her some new gritty substrate so she drains đ

1 gilla Omgggg YES, forgot to mention but really EVERY POT you put a plant in⊠with a few weird exceptions⊠should always have drainage. I only plant directly into terracotta pots, otherwise it is nursery pot (clear is good so you can check roots/moisture) inside cute pot đ„°
