    Looks like it has mealy bugs. I'd spray it down with diluted hydrogen peroxide, keep it away from any other plants. Repeat the process until all the pest are gone. Good luck!! 😊🪴

    Or spider mites fine web in between two leaves and jade plant do tend to do have sodium salt build up there🍀 good luck

    I think you have a couple things going on. I see what I think might be edema and possibly some mealy bugs and maybe a little salts being expelled from the plant through leaf pores. Is the white stuff fluffy? If it looks a little fluffy or fuzzy that's likely mealy bug.
