Does anyone know what might be happening to these leaves? One leaf that I already removed began molding (I believe) before being moved outside for the summer. The new leaves are healthy but then start forming these dark spots. Should I only remove all affected leaves or treat the whole plant?

The plant might have root rot. Pull the roots up and check for mold, black roots, and squishy spots near the base of the plant. My peperomia incana had these dark spots on the leaves and it ended up having root rot when I checked it

It looks like overwatering to me. That can cause root rot or it could just be those bottom leaves for now. Definitely want to pull it out to see if the stem is soft too. Remember succulents want to sit in dry soil and only be watered when those bottom leaves are becoming pliable. The dirt should dry up within a day of you watering it.
