While cacti are adapted to sunlight, excessive exposure, especially when they're not acclimated, can cause sunburn, leading to bleached or yellowed areas! -Google
0 J'aimeHonestly, I’m not good with cacti either so I want to learn from this thread too!!
2 J'aimeOOO i have a Joseph's coat too and I gotta say it's the easiest one I have. Ur doing fine, I cant see yellow but it tends to varigate with excess sunlight. I find this one to be VERY forgiving. Perfect beginner cactus imo.
1 j'aimeIt's probably over watered/no drainage. My orchids have kicked my butt and that was simply no drainage... I've recently brought in a cactus and some suculates into my collection

Ok! The app keeps warning me that it is placed too dark, but looks like that’s probably wrong…thanks! I water it like every 6 weeks and it does have drainage, I felt that was sufficient as monthly watering seemed too much
0 J'aimeIf the pot doesn't have drainage be real careful!. It could be to dark but I keep most of my plants in the same room. Some under lights and others not.
1 j'aimeMy cactus is under the grow light atm... I'll get back to yall on the process. Succulents love it already.
