I am new to succulents and gardening as a whole. I am to report my elephant bush has grown fast and lush however I am not sure what to do now that it’s gotten this big! Any help is appreciated!

I think that a bigger pot might do it some good 😅, but if you feel it's gotten TOO big you always could just trim back some of the branches on it, making sure not to hurt the plant, but just trimming them down at the base

Enjoy it as is! It looks great. It will show signs of stress, particularly it will stop growing & dry out quickly, when it’s ready for a repot. I think you’re fine for a while 😊💚

pruning is largely unnecessary for an elephant bush but if you want to do it you won’t harm the plant — no matter where you cut. pruning will encourage bushier growth, but your plant clearly doesn’t need any help there 😊💚
