So I have a Christmas cactus and ever since I’ve had it it has been pretty brown and had like one flower on it. Anybody know what I’m doing wrong or can you give me tips on how to take care of it?

    Is it getting enough sunlight?

Check on the health of the roots. I've also found, they do need to be stuck in a box between October and November for about 6 weeks where they get no direct sun or much heat in order to bloom. I always just stuck mine in the back of the closet for about 6 weeks and I get blooms.

Is it getting too much sun? They don’t like direct or full sun. They do like a dormant period as someone mentioned above.

Are the leaves mushy? If so it could be overwatering. I definitely killed one that way.

Ohio tropics has a great YouTube/blog/and probably also in his book resource about Christmas/thanksgiving or Easter cactus and getting them to bloom

This is a Thanksgiving cactus! It looks like you need to give it some better draining soil - mine is a slow drinker so the water really needs to run though quickly. They say no direct sun but mine is near a southern window and it’s massive and blooms like crazy every year.
