Does anyone know why the bottom leaves are getting mushy and falling off? I've had this red Pagoda since July.

    If it’s yellow and mushy it’s probably overwatered

      I haven't watered it in over 2 weeks tho

      It probably is overwatering I’ve had the same problem your only supposed to water succulents when the soil is completely dry

    Yes, but I always wait till they are like bone dry

    Likes to me like it is etiolating. I have the same thing happening with my red pagoda. It also may benefit from being pruned. Was once 1 plant.
