Someone please help my aloes just keep getting worse. It had an overwatering moment and one leaf rotted but it was fine once I removed it, but now it just keeps rotting months later. I’m watering according to planta it’s in part sun and it’s in succulent soil. How do I save my little guys?!

Check for rotting roots and make sure there’s no pests!

They were cuttings from another plant and only one has developed roots.

pretty sure the larger one is dead. it honestly doesn’t look like it ever had enough stem to grow new roots. the little one however is salvageable, i would recommend putting it in the tiniest pot you have in a similar well-draining succulent mix. make sure to water only when the soil is completely dry and has been for a few days. leaning towards underwatering is always beneficial for these kind of plants (desert succulents), i don’t water mine until i see signs of thirst like slowed growth or soft/flimsy leaves
