Hey guys I’m still new and she’s been losing leaves and idk if this is normal or what to to the first picture of now and the second is when I first got her

    Those leaves are an indicator of overwatering. The highly organic peat soil is contributing to the problem. It needs to dry out completely. Soil should be bone dry. And you need succulent soil, but not miracle grow succulent. The soil needs more grit-perlite, gravel, pumice, etc. —-I just re read my post and didn’t realize how cold I sounded. I responded while doing something else and not paying attention to what I posted. Sorry. Didn’t mean to sound so nasty.

      I think you just sounded matter of fact. But I’m wondering, why not Miracle Grow succulent soil? It’s what I bought, and honestly thought it looked just like the regular potting soil I bought.

      That’s the problem, it’s too much like regular potting soil. The pic is my potting soil-Jacks Gritty Mix. I use it 100% for echeverias. For others like Haworthia or Gasteria, I amend it with about 25% regular potting soil. If you do a search for “DIY succulent potting soil” you will find some ideas of how to make your own and how to amend the Miracle Grow soil.
