Can anyone tell me what these black bumps are on my button of towers, and what it is I need to do, if anything. I've tried to use a QTip to wipe them off but they are really stuck on, like part of the leaves.

Black spots on a Crassula perforata ( also called "String of Buttons"), typically means it is being overwatered. If a plant receives too much water, the leaves can develop dark spots due to root rot and/or moisture stress. Just make sure it has proper drainage and you only water it when the top inch of the soil is dry. Hope this helps ☺️

2 Mi piaceDefinitely over watering. It could have kept into a fungal issue. After repotting and taking off any dead roots. Spray with a 1:3 peroxide
1 mi piaceThanks for the correction on the name 👍. I'm recovering from an illness and my words get jumbled sometimes 🤪. Drainage is most probably the issue than, I'll rethink his home. Thanks for the tips all!!
