Hi all! Plant noob looking for some info / tips 🌱 I got this succulent back in May of 2025. She’s my only surviving plant (I’ll admit I’m pretty forgetful/neglectful). But I noticed recently that she started sprouting this long stem that appears to be flowering. I’ve never had a succulent do this but I assume it’s a good thing!? I always keep her in this windowsill and water her at random when I realize that it’s been a while since I last did it. Should I be doing anything special with this new growth? What is it?? Any information or tips would be helpful!! 🌟

    Just a bloom.. looks super healthy.. keep doing what you’re doing.. water maybe once a month

    You’re lucky. The window must get enough light. Echeverias are very demanding of light. Looks very healthy. With more light you would probably get more color in the leaves.

      I was wrong about coloring up. It looks like an Echeveria agavoides. I have a few and they stay the bright green even in bright light. Just the ends color up.

    Mine is doing something similar!! I was wondering 🤔 if I should be doing anything special or different as well. It’s very pretty 🤩!! Looks very healthy!!

      So pretty!! Did you assist in them growing upright? I was considering propping her up somehow since it’s flopping to the side haha

      No actually I didn’t!! They just started sprouting and then came the tiny little flowers that are so pretty, the picture doesn’t do them justice, they are like a bright vivid pink, so pretty 🤩!!
