I'm not sure what she is, but she's flowering and I dont know what to do. She's one of the big succulents. Hand for size. Will she die now?

Lol…no, succulents generally are fine with flowering, though they won’t grow as much while they’re producing them. Enjoy the show while they last, they generally will be around for a week or two then shrivel up one by one. You can either wait until all the flowers are dead or do this once they start dying, but at some point, you will want to deadhead the entire flower stalk, as close to the base as possible. Oh and this is an Echeveria btw, not sure what species though.

What does dead heading mean? And what do I do after I do it? 🤣

Dead heading is cutting off a flower after it has bloomed

I think it's a Blue Echevaria. My flowered and died. May be totally unrelated to the flowering but it did die right after.

So upon a little research, there are actually two types of blooms, one of them being a “death bloom” where it comes out of the center of the main rosette. This is not typical for most echeveria though, so likely not an issue here as these stalks are not coming out of the center.

Makes sense-mine bloomed from center. Here it is before the bloom.
