    i would say it’s ok i would put it in a small pot with well draining soil and back it up from its light source a little

      Back it up from its light source? It needs full sun to thrive.

      yes but full sun plants can still be burnt especially if the light source is available to it for more than it is needed

    It is in a south window with grow lights right now since it’s winter. I will put it in a bright room instead for now to see if it helps with those black spots.

    Yes. You just need to repot it into a smaller pot and give it full sun.
