Hey all!!! I have this cactus they told me it was a cowboy cactus. It has done nothing in the 3ish months I have had it nor does it look like he wants to do anything. Would love some suggestions please

Wolfen 🐺Aawww its a bunny face! Did it have that browning near the top edge(head) when you got it? Or did it develop it? What's the light situation? Water? Fertilizer?

It is still in its nursery pot. Peat mix with fertilizer pellets in it so I don’t fertilize as I have seen nothing. Yes brown spot was already there I thought one leaf? Stem? It has not gotten any bigger that I have noticed. P.s. I have the cutest bunny that ever lived and I’m telling ya it looks nothing like a bunny. lol

Oops forgot lighting. It is in a 2 x4 grow tent with a spider farm light hanging about a foot from the ears or closer

Nice! Guess I'm just used to meat rabbits. They tend to have that longer hare type build. I was just thinking the browning between the "ears" looks like it may be the start of corking, which has various reasons, but can start when they're stressed or underwatered. I'd fertilize it. Solid fertilizer in soil, depending on its solubility only lasts 2-8 ish weeks. Like a 2-7-7 , but a diluted 10-10-10 wouldn't be detrimental
