Hi guys! Can anyone tell me why my Opalina keeps losing leaves from the slightest movement? (I turn the pot daily so it gets even amount of light). I’m making sure not to catch it on anything and being really careful with it but every time I check on it it’s lost another🥲 it seems to be healthy but the lower leaves seem to be a bit more wobbly than the others? Any advice welcome:) are they just easily broken off or am I being heavy handed? I’m being as careful as I can😂 I’ve added any lost leaves to my propagations but I’m not sure if they’ll work considering I’m not sure how they came off🫣

I barely water it tbh like once every 1-2 weeks as it’s only in a tiny 2” pot so it drys out quite fast, and it’s placed about 2ft away from a south facing window, I’m not sure if that’s enough light for them? Planta says partial light is fine tho

I watered it today after about a week and half as it was bone dry, not sure if I should be watering it more or less

hmm…well it’s some kind of stress response. i would get it closer to that window if possible. is this near an AC vent? or has it undergone any other kind of drastic temperature change?

The leaves will definitely propagate though, so no worries there!

I like to put all of my fallen leaves on a terra cotta saucer and literally forget about them lol. This is my current succulent “nursery” 👶🏻🍼

I’m not positive, but look to see if this species is Summer dormant. That could account for something.
