I’ve got a leaf that isn’t doing well. Possible bc I accidentally stabbed it with my moisture check toothpick. Should I remove it or just leave it be? Are there any pros or cons?

probably best to leave it! it will likely eventually dry up (at no harm to the plant)

You can keep it or let it dry. Keep it: You won’t mistakenly cut too much plant. Remove it: It looks better and it helps save energy from the rest of the plant. Although just make sure you don’t hurt the plant.
