I recently inherited a couple Christmas cactus from my grandma, and there’s a bunch of white stuff on some of the segments. Is this something I should try to clean off, or it’s just how the plant looks now?

      How would I go about that? Just using water and a towel? Or a special plant cleaner?

      yea i have a premade cleaner but water should be good im not sure what it is but it almost looks like water spots

    I wipe mine down with a very diluted vinegar water mix. It looks like some of the older pads have some corking, that will not come off. It’s just how the cacti make themselves stronger
