Hello lovely people. Can somebody please help me with identifying this spiky specimen? Not having any luck with the app or google etc.

      Hi Juliet, thx for your reply. It does look like that it is it or very similar to yours. How big is it? The colour is what put me off on this one as all my cacti are roughly the same colour as yours. This little 5” pup came from main plant of the same colour. I’m pretty new to the wonderful world of cacti and all info is great. Has yours flowered?

    The web says the common name is blue barrel cactus though I’m not sure that’s correct. Mine is 4” by 4”. It hasn’t flowered in the last year, nor has it grown much. But it has a nice rich green color and is sturdy so I assume it’s healthy. I bought it from a fantastic cactus farm about a year ago.
