I don't know what's going on with my aloe plant it was doing great and now I can pull out the baby's

    To much water can possibly cause that. They really like to be dry

    I think your pot is a few inches too big. When a plant is in too big of a pot than the root ball then all the excess soil retains moisture for too long because the roots can’t soak up all the water. This leads to root rot, unfortunately.
