Hi, I need help identifying what are these yellow/brown spots on the tips of my aloe Vera plant. I am trying to keep it alive and healthy, but I am a newbie. It is also still in the nursery pot. Should I repot it? Please help and thank you! 😊

Eh that happens to the older leaves on mine too. If you don’t like it you can trim them - won’t grow back but it’s an option. The soil doesn’t look like great quality for this kind of plant so I’d probably repot it into something more well-draining/chunky. I also love terracotta pots for aloe to wick away moisture

I heard a shallow Terra cotta pot is better is that true? Repotting mine soon.

They’re better for plants with shallow root systems like string of things and some cacti but I have my aloe in a regular depth pot. Here he is!
