I would not cut off the ends and only water when the soil is completely dry.

IK WHATS WRONG WITH IT!!! im surprised not many people know this and I’ve been about trying to spread the word Plants are actually allergic to tap water. At least two days before you go to water your plants, fill up your cups or watering cans with tap water or bottled, distilled, doesn’t matter. Anyway let it sit completely uncovered for at least two days then water your plants. It won’t get rid of the already brown parts but it will prevent new browning. If you where already doing this then idk what to tell you 😭

And yes, using rainwater is the best way to go, always. ❤️

I will keep this in mind! I try using warm temperature bottled water when watering!

Leaving tap water to stand does not get rid of the chemicals.

No, with the salt and bleach additive, I wouldn’t recommend unless you filter the water beforehand.

Tap/well water is still fine to use you just gotta make sure you leave it out for a few days
