How do you set up a planta schedule for a planting with several plants? I am finally having success with succulents using the app (yay!) but I’m not sure how to list these new mixed pots I’ve made. Anyone have a system that works?

I have did many mixed pot, putting together plants with same watering schedules and same light needs. I still manage them as separate plants, they only share the pot. So the watering and fertilizer schedules match, with a little adjustment, and simply do 3 or 4 taps instead of one. Anyway, apart from Planta’s suggestion, check every single plant of the mix before doing anything, sometimes you have to modify things a little.

Thank you for these ideas! How do you list the pot size? As the full size big pot that they are all in?

As full size because it affects the water retention

      That makes sense, thanks!

I do it differently. I just list it as one plant. I save the individual plant histories by placing them in the Gifts site. I also take a pic of the completed new planter and use that as the last pic in their history. Then if I break down the planter, I reown the plant from the Gifts site. I also custom name the planter listing all the plants in it. Pics are a few I have done but have several more. I am finding out that they don’t seem to grow as fast when grouped together. Not positive of that yet but just an observation.

Your planters are beautiful! Using the gift section is a great idea for keeping track of all the ones in the mix- thanks!

Thanks. The finishing touch for any display, I think, is a top dressing.

You can select mixed planters from the list when you add a plant. There are options for high watering, low, etc. There you can enter total pot size, etc.

This is amazing, thank you! I searched and searched but I guess I didn’t pick the exact right wording.

I’ve tried that option but didn’t work out for me.

What went wrong when you tried it?
