Looks like the same type of echeverias that I have. If you want to propagate those three stems you probably could quite easily since they’re pretty large. The way you do that is by detaching them from the main trunk, removing some of the bottom leaves from each outgrowth, and then stick their stem in dirt. (If you want you can keep the leaves and try to propagate them, but that is a bit harder as you have less room for error) When you’re propagating, be very careful with your watering. You don’t want to add too much as that will rot the roots, but if you don’t add any then the roots can dry up and die. I recommend watering once when you start propagating and then check daily, only adding water if the dirt is dry. Healthy roots for this plant will be a light pink colour when they’re new. Also, it looks like it’s not getting enough sun. That’s why it’s growing tall and leggy. If you want your succulent to stay short and dense looking, put it somewhere brighter. More light will help keep the bottom leaves purple too. Mine are able to tolerate a south facing window, so you don’t need to worry too much about scorching them. Best of luck!

Cut the stem at the base, just a few cm out of the soil and leave it 1-2 weeks before watering. When you water it don’t let it touch the stem or leaves due to the risk of rot. You can also take leaves by gently pulling them side to side and then leaving them somewhere shady for a week before placing on dry soil and leaving it to propagate a new plant. Once roots start to grow water them every time the soil is dry, although ensure you don’t get the leaves wet. You could also cut the stem beneath the current plants but because they have stretched out looking for light it would be better to start over again and get a nicer shape
