We bought these guys back at Mother’s Day and the aloe has taken off as well as these little cacti but I can’t seem to get this one little guy (1st pic) to grow I’ve been using the cactus fertilizer in the squirt bottle and used the cactus/ succulent potting soil from Lowe’s. We water it when soil is completely dry

They might have different requirements. I would consider putting the aloe and the little one into their own pots. They cacti will probably be fine together, but the smaller one might be needing more water than the cactuses. Also with the aloe getting that big already… it might have more potential with its own space

That’s exactly what I did minus moving the little guy in with the aloe

If this is the little one you mean, that’s a variegated jade plant (crassula ovata) and I agree with Anne Marie that you might want to repot it. If you don’t want to, perhaps make a small hole or two and use a dropper to add the water closer to the roots of that plant. Rotating the pot so the jade is facing the sunlight might help as well. All of these enjoy bright light from south windowsills. Does the pot have drainage holes at the bottom of it that would allow you to bottom water it?

Yes it does and I have a tray for them I recently repotted everything I may buy some plants that pair better with the jade and leave my two little cacti in the pot by themselves or vice versa move the cacti and plant something friendlier to the jade in with it.

Sounds good 👍 just make sure whatever you plant with it has the same watering schedule and soil and light needs. 😊
