    Making a succulent arrangement? I often combine them. I try to match their needs but every now and then I mess up. But easily replace with another plant. A planter of pandas and the second is about a year old.

      I toyed with the idea of a plastic bag separator between the Echeveria/sand rose gang and the cactus, for their different watering needs…but I’ll go back and do that if it seems necessary.

      That wouldn’t allow for much draining tho…holes on the bottom of the plastic? Idk

      I tried placing plants into larger containers but keeping them in their original planters. They had different watering needs. Then covered it over with a topping of decorative gravel. Then I watered appropriately. It worked well for several months.
