Is this pup ready to be separated? And how would I do it properly without hurting the pup or the mother plant? I’m new to this lol any advice is appreciated!

    im pretty sure thats actually a flower! congrats! the pups are normally by the bottom of the plant :)

    Do you guys still think it’s a flower?? I just thought the flowers grew long and didn’t look like the rest of the succulent and it just seems like it’s growing weird.
