Does anyone know what this little guy is? Picked him up as a cutting at a plant trade. He’s soft with thin leaves, not thick ones like echeveria. Thank you in advance!

Kinda looks like Hens and Chicks baby to me. I have some that look like that when they weren’t getting enough sunlight.
