Hi! So my sister gave me her cactus hoping that I could save it, but I’m new to plants and it looks pretty dead. Does anybody know if this poor plant has any hope?

    I doesn't look like it BUT if you want to try you could put it in some sun and see if anything will grow out of her in a few months
