A quick question here. Is it normal for a succulent to be growing until it suddenley droops? My succulent has been growing for years now and the new leaves look great. But now im wondering why its tilting. It is also wiggling when I touch it. Is it normal because of the weight, or is it a problem? Any clarification can help.

It’s growing long and tall from not getting enough sunlight. It’s probably starting to get too top heavy for the root structure. I’d just add a rod to the pot to help support it standing up. Also consider supplementing with a grow light to prevent further lengthening.

It’s growing leggy. When succulents have a lack of light they grow long and tall, like reaching for light that isn’t there. Your succulent has been growing so tall it can’t support itself anymore. Cut off the top and put it somewhere brighter.
