I also have these Echeveria leaves in soil. I don’t know if they are doing good or not but I leave them alone and spray them every once in a while.

    Water a little more often and I bet they’ll start they like a bit more moisture in the beginning

      They shouldn’t need misting. All the moisture necessary for the new plant lives in the leaf that’s producing the plant.

    I put some of mine like yours and I think I watered it too much and they rotted , I left my one survivor alone in a pot and forgot about it for a month , no water and looks like this now
