Am I propagating these right? What lighting does it need? Should I keep the soil wet?

    I dont know a whole lot. I created a prop box so I just put everything in there and forget about it for a while. I was told with succulents you need to let them dry out for about 3-4 days before propagating. I didn’t the last time and all the clippings just rotted.

      Still super new to plants myself. So I could be giving bad information lol. Seems to be doing well so far though. I didn’t let many of the succulent callus or dry so most rotted. The ogre ear I put in there is still doing well. I put some alocasia corms in there too and they’re starting to come up. There’s a bunch of really cool how to videos with updates on the growth online. That’s what made me want to start one.

    This is very similar to what I do when propagating succulents. I just put it with the rest of the succulent that the little ‘beans’ came from, so I’d say indirect or full sunlight. Make sure to water it lightly every few days, but not too much since they are small and succulents. Sometimes it takes a while to see it propagate, but it should work. Hope it goes well for yours!
