Can somebody tell me what is happening? The leaves, one by one, spiraling from the bottom, are drying up wilting and falling off. I read this is usually a sign of under watering as the plant is reclaiming the water stored in the leaves? The substrate i am using is very dry cactus and succulent soil but my crib is dry so the soil is dry literally within 2-3 days. Does anybody know for sure how to fix this and if i should change the soil? Thank you guys ❤️💚

I would chop it and water if it’s stretching to the light maybe improve the lighting arrangement

OK, I've had a few people tell me this. Where should I chop it at?

Chop it near the top but not to much leave a short stem and let it callous for about 3 days or when ever it’s scared then plant and water

Ah okay! Should i keep it on just a dry paper towel for three dayz until the roots start taking?

The roots won’t form in three days it will take a few weeks but it will be fine and you can keep it anywhere you want 😁

It will callous for a few days, which is like a scar and then after that, you just poke it in soil and water

if you live in a dry area, just use normal potting soil and mix some perlite in. i use normal potting soil for my succulents and i live in a tropical zone! however, this guy doesn't look particularly thirsty. if you squeeze the leaves a little, do you get any resistance? if no, then you're underwatering. if yes, you should look for other problems, especially pests if you're keeping it outside.

OK, cool thanks for the advice. I will try that this substrate is just way too dry.

It's an inside plant. I just set them out on the sidewalk for sun so I don't think it's past

What size pot is that? I'd have it in a 3 or 4".

That pot looks huge for that little plant.
