Does anyone know what’s wrong with my panda plant? I’ve had it for awhile and it hasn’t grown at all and all its leaves have fallen off. I keep it in my windowsill, is that too much or too little light? Or could it be overwatered or under watered?

Could be over watering, definitely. I have the most luck with succulents when they're in terracotta or unfinished ceramic pots and with succulent & cacti soil (I usually get a bag of premixed and then add more sand and some rocks for good measure). The pot in particular is important for me anyway - it's really hard to overwater in a pot that can breathe the way terracotta does.

Ironically I just tried to water propagate a panda plant (I always stick my props in dirt) and I'm having great luck. It's been less than a week and it's already got several roots started. Since you have all those leaves, it might be worth a shot!
