Hi, need some help here.my plant is growing big and the stem isn't as thick, and it's starting to lean, and i've noticed that the pot is what's holding it upright, what can I do? And is it in too small, a pot.

PhilThe pot size looks fine. As far as the growth, the leaning may be just the way it wants to grow. Aeoniums don’t always grow straight up. Or does it look like the stem will break? You should start seeing some side growths on it since it has a long stem. But this may be its dormancy time. I think aeoniums are winter growers. Maybe others will have other insights but I think it’s doing what it should be doing.
