    Looks like it might not be getting enough light. The leaves being light in color / almost translucent can be a sign of that

    The leaves look wrinkly, could be under watering. Typically I like to look for wrinkling leaves as a sign to water my echevarria's as well as the soil to be completely dried and then some

      I would think that it’s maybe overwatering as the leaves are translucent

      I could see that too, they look like they could also be drooping from over watering as well

      You can also press on the leaves to see if they are full/ fluffy.
