Looks like the soil is staying wet for too long. I would repot into a really small pot, or multiple small pots. Use a succulent mix Then, only water when the leaves look slightly deflated. Planta gives watering reminders for succulents wayyyy too often. I havenāt watered my succulents in over 2 months and the leaves still look plump, so Iām still skipping the watering reminders!

2 gillningarDo you have a picture of when it was healthy? It looks like it might actually be sedum adolphi (spelling off the top of my headš ). That might change the care instructions. Check the info on planta too, you donāt have all the info filled out which will mess up watering recommendations. First issue is figuring out if anything is saveable. Dump the pot out and check the roots and stem, is it mushy? My concern is that it might be rotten and not be fixable, unfortunately. šThose clear leaves arenāt salvageable. Any firm leaves with no transparent parts might be.š If the stems are save able, leave them on the counter to dry out for a day, then proceed. Plant them in a pot the size of their roots, terracotta would be best, but plastic is ok. They need to touch the bottom and sides of the pot so they can absorb all the water and sit in dry dirt between waterings. Since you have it inside, it will be more prone to overwatering since it doesnāt have the sun to bake it dry. The terracotta would allow the dirt to dry faster than plastic because itās porous. Iād suggest a 2ā pot per plant or even both in a 2ā pot if theyāll fit. If you have cactus dirt, you can spread it out on a tray or your porch to air dry before you use it again. If itās not cactus dirt, you can do the same, then mix in 1/3 perlite and some orchid bark or other wood chips. The dirt in the pot should dry out within a day, then you donāt water again until the lower leaves feel less firm like send_nodes said. If itās not drying quick enough, you can place it in front of a fan to help dry it out. Make sure itās getting enough sunlight to grow as well. I believe it needs a full sun window, maybe southern or western. You could also get a grow light, I would recommend a 6500K light for full sun succulents. But lets start with saving this. Reply to my comment if you need more help.š
3 gillningarMaybe you need to repot it because it just has too many roots or the roots might be rotting
1 gillaI let them dry out for 6 hrs in the sun yesterday and then repotted them in cactus soil. The soil was damp and had springtails, which tells me she had this outside at some point. Thank you everyone for your help!!
