Not sure why my Chin Cactus is changing colors and getting spots when I repotted him? Very draining soil, in full sun after being acclimated, 80-100* F weather. Am I missing something? Should I move him into shade?

    looks like you have cactus scale. both of the round cactuses should be removed from the pot and hosed down, the whole thing, with high hose pressure and a lot of patience until all of it is gone. this way is easier than the rubbing alcohol and q-tip bs that some people say lol. after it's all gone spray all three of these cactuses with neem oil, then leave these two outside of a pot to dry out for a day or two. then they can go back in pots, different pots from this one. if you missed something the scale will spread. you might have to do this more than once.
