I recently bought two tiny 2” succulents online with heat protection, it’s been around 2 weeks and I’m not seeing any new growth and stuff like that. I replanted them because the pot was really crowded but there are no new roots and it won’t grow in my pot, I just want to know how you tell if a plants frozen.
Plants need some time to recover when they get repotted! Also how do you know that there are no new roots?

If it had been frozen the leaves would get translucent pretty much right away. The plant is in shock from shipping and then an immediate repot. I suggest Mycorrhiza powder (order Amazon or EBay). Sprinkle liberally around base of plant, water in with a small squirt of water, and leave it alone. Let it rest.

Depends on the succulent but many are dormant this time of year. Did you order cuttings? Or rooted plants? If they were frozen, you would definitely know it. They turn to mush.
