Dip the calloused ends in Bonide’s Rooting Hormone Powder and stick it back in the soil. It’ll speed up the root-development process for you. I’d probably put all the stem cuttings in one pot together or put them in smaller pots, that way they’re not being overwatered or sitting in excess moist soil for too long that could lead to rot. Bottom-water the plants, which means planting the plant into a bowl/container with water for 10-20 minutes so it can suck the water up through the drainage holes, then take it out to drain in a sink or dry over a saucer. Avoid Miracle Grow’s soil and opt for a well-draining cactus and succulent soil. I swear by Espoma’s Organic Cactus and Succulent mix for my jades. Hope this helps.
