My oldest aloe leaf is growing thick at the base but the two tallest leafs are not able to support themselves. I have them propped up on the pencils but is there anything I can do to help them grow thicker bases? is it hurting the plant when they droop really bad?

It looks a bit water logged, which can cause drooping. Thwy iseally need a well draining gritty succulent/cactus mix

    Some sun light may help?

Agree with Wolfen, that soil looks super wet. It also appears to be a regular potting soil, which usually holds onto water too long for succulents. They'll also grow more thin and droop when they don't have enough light. Ideally they need 12 hours of full sun a day. I personally use a 50/50 mix of Perfect Plants organic succulent soil and Bonsai Jack gritty mix for my succulents. And they're under a full spectrum grow light for 12 hours a day.

I have the full spectrum grow light on for 12 hours but i guess i need to change the soil. I was hoping i wouldn’t have to buy a different soil than what i have but i think you’re right. Do you have any recommendations for budget friendly soils i could get?
