I’ve had both of these tall cactus plants for about a week- both seem to be on a trajectory toward significant leaning. How aggressively should I try to intervene?

So this could happen for a number of reasons one being that maybe that window is giving too much light or amplifying the sun rays like a magnifying glass, another could be that the roots in the pot could be crooked or leaning (worth giving it a check), and the last is totally situational but there could be another light source it’s being attracted to rather than the wind it’s right in front of. I hope this helps!
0 likesHi, Autumn! Thanks for the response. Both of these guys were re-potted this week from their original nursery containers, and then watered, so some of it maybe could be that the soil is a little soft or perhaps that I should add some more. I haven’t ever tried stakes or bamboo, and I’m wondering that’s a way to “correct” before it gets too far?
0 likesYes! You could totally use some tall bamboo stakes and zip tie them in place and eventually that should correct the issue regardless of what the problem was
1 likeThank you! I just put together a DIY grow light sitch, so I’ll get some stakes this week.
