Most plants like to flower when there’s some sort of change in temperature to trigger blooms. If you can place it somewhere a little cooler at night, but brighter in the daytime, that might stimulate some blooms. Certain plants like Hoyas like getting root-bound in order to bloom too, or stretching out waterings a little more than usual. If your plant is less than a year old, though, you’ll probably have to wait for it to mature to be able to produce any blooms. As for helping speed up growth, adding a fertilizer should help, especially during the spring and summertime. I like Osmocote’s Slow-Release Fertilizer Pellets for succulents. You can add them to the soil during repottings or to the top layer of soil. The pellets will released fertilizer during waterings without needing to stick to a strict schedule. Hope this helps!
