Does anyone have an idea if this is root rot? I just got her today and I haven’t inspected the roots yet, any opinions would be helpful!

    If it is soft and mushy, it is probably root rot

    Aw, I’m sorry! If you can’t return it, maybe you can try to propagate?

    Good that you were able to exchange. If this happens to cacti you CAN save it with neem oil 👍

      The neem kills the bacteria and mold

      This one was getting soggy from being planted too deep and I treated with neem oil and it’s since corked over
