the soil looks wayy too moist for a succulent, it is definitely overwatered. i would pot it in in cactus/succulent mix and a generous amount of perlite for drainage. generally, it should only take a few days for your succulentâs soil to dry out completely, but that doesnât mean they are thirsty. they will âtellâ you when theyâre thirsty, usually you shouldnât water until you see the leaves getting slightly wrinkly. for most succulents in my home, that takes about a month or two. check the roots and prune any mushy ones before putting it in its new soil, even if it doesnât have many roots left it should grow new ones if it is very well draining. you could even just cut the top few inches off each healthy stem and stick the cuttings in the soil mix and it will most likely grow without being so bald at the bottom. it will look rough for a while but patience is key, if there is green there is something to be saved :)

1 me gustaThe soil looks saturated. The leaves look wrinkled and dry. Likely inconsistent watering. I would cut stems to propagate. Toss the rest including the soil. Get well draining succulent soil and propagate the cuttings.
