So I started some Lithops, Baby Toes, Gibbaeum, Lapidaria seeds last week. The ones closest to the zipper of the bag are all sprouted but the ones at the back of the bag barely have any yet. I’m thinking of switching them around but I don’t want to hurt the ones that are doing great 🤔 I might even take them out of the bag but I don’t know if it’s too soon. This is the part of growing seeds that I fret about. Any suggestions are welcome 🤗

      Looks like Pon and sand?

I’m using a mix of peat and gritty bonsai mix. The directions said to use sand to spread the seeds and I think I used a little too much. Hopefully it will wash away with time

You can grow them in straight sand. So they should be fine

I would just rotate the pot. The ones that are already sprouted have a leg up as it is. Rotating won't hurt their progress since they're on to chlorophyll production
