My snake plant broke its pot! Any advice on repotting? I’ve never been successful.

    you can’t really mess this one up, it probably doesn’t need it to be honest — it likely just found a crack and took advantage. if you were to repot this, i recommend a terra cotta pot to help keep this soil nice and dry, and putting some really well draining soil. a cactus/succulent mix with some extra perlite.

      Thank you! I’ll try this, fingers crossed. I lost a 15 year old plant after repotting so I’m nervous 😬

    For starters I would get a sharp cutter and cut the pot off of it instead of trying to pull the new growth back through. Use a good quality cactus soil and don’t upsize the pot too much as they like to be snug. Other than that just be gentle when removing them.
