This plant needs help! It is no growing and I have had a while now, also a year ago it lost many leaves around it so I need some tips on making it feel better. Also if anybody knows what this plant because I don't know, I haven't put in Planta yet.
It may be a sedum adolphi Midas ears. The soil should be a much grittier mix for succulents. And this plant requires an abundance of light. Direct morning sun would be good. Indirect for afternoon. Or a very strong grow light. Soil should be bone dry before you drench water. Planter must have drain hole. Best planter would be shallow terracotta. Pic is the proper soil for this plant.

Definitely a sedum. Use well drained soil lots of light. Let dry between watering. Succulents are strange that way

Completely agree with everything already said. Only thing I wanted to add is that you’ll want to put it in a pot around the size of the plant’s collective root ball, because succulents sitting in a lot of excess wet soil soil after a watering can lead to overwatering and root rot. My rule of thumb when picking a pot is to opt for one no more than 1-2 inches wider in diameter than the width of the plant’s root ball. In your case, when you take them out of the current pot and soil, see how big the root system really is with there 3 plants put together, then pick a pot according to that, not the previous pot’s size.
