I’ve always wanted a larger air plant to take care of. I recently owned a mini air plant but had trouble keeping it alive. (I’m a beginner!) I was wondering if anyone had tips and a schedule I should follow for an air plant. Also any types of air plants that are beginner friendly. Thanks!

I totally neglect all my air plants! I water them about once a month and let them soak in a bowl of room temp water for like 30 minutes when it’s time to water. Mine get indirect light and are doing well. Hope that helps

make sure you shake out any excess water from the crevices, as it can cause them to rot. when i take them out of the water, i give them some shakes, then leave them upsidedown on a towl to finish drying. i lost both of my xerographicas (not sure if i spelled that right) to crown rot, but maybe something like spanish moss would work well? despite what i said, i would recommend a xerogrphica, as its probably something im doing wrong, rather than the plants being difficult. (ps, i also agree with Jillian on care tips) good luck!!
