They are all in need of more light and proper soil. The tall grapto on the left can be propagated easily. The air roots are normal for its condition. Sedum adolphis in the front. Cannot tell how tall they are. You have a gollum jade in the back. It needs to be removed because it needs less light than the rest. It’s looking fine with current lighting. Not sure what else is in there. Too etoliated to identify. In answer to your question of “ are they healthy?” I would say they are ok but not thriving or looking as good as they could be. First pic is a pachy but similar to your grapto. Then a sedum adolphi. Then a gollum jade.

Cut off the rosette top of the grapto leaving about one inch of stem to plant in good quality succulent soil-not Miracle Grow. Sedums can probably just be planted a little deeper or cut their tops off also. Gollum should be fine with just a repot. When repotted, use good succulent soil or look up diy recipes online. Once established with roots, do not water till soil is bone dry. And give them proper lighting. Then they will thrive. Look up propagation online for your specific plants.

What is a good succulent soil?

I use Jacks Gritty Mix. That’s my go to starter. I then add regular potting mix to that. But you would probably be best with a soil that is fine on its own. Check out Amazon for “succulent soil”. Just stay away from any Miracle Grow product. And I say that not from personal experience but from what I’ve seen on here. People say it’s not good. You may get recommendations in this thread.

I've found that mixing baking soda and vinegar into the roots of my plants can sometimes help with this sort of thing.
