What should I do about my Adenia glauca (Elephant’s Foot)? Should I get a moss pole? Should I stake it? Let it be? The internet hasn’t been any help. What do my plant peeps think?

MeasomerPiIt looks like it’s has tendrils so it probably would climb in its natural habitat. And staking it would show off that lovely caudex as it fattens up. But it’s nice looking as is. If it were my plant, I would probably let it scramble about, pruning it to keep it from grabbing hold of its neighbors, the furniture, and lazy cats.
